GETTING STARTED

We'll provide you with a start-up package which includes the information regarding the pup's health, status of shots and wormings (labels from shots are included on health record), a small quantity of the puppy food we utilize and a Gorden Farms (puppy care) brochure to assist you in getting started properly. We emphasize that you make arrangements with a veterinarian for continued health care. The medical records we provide will be of great assistance to your veterinarian.

Shipping and Handling

Many of you will select and pick up your puppy at our farm.

We do offer the following shipping alternatives:

(1) Ship the puppies by air.

We have all the appropriate materials and Certificates of Health provided by a Veterinarian. We do require payment in advance for the puppy and shipping. We do contact you when the plane is airborne to minimize shipping stress for the puppy. The puppy needs to be picked up within 1 hour of arrival at the destination airport. (We originate shipping from Des Moines or Kansas City to facilitate direct flights and minimize trip duration for the puppy.)

(2) We do deliver in person to locations in Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, Minnesota and Illinois.

Payment and mileage is required in advance for this service.

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
